Our Hypnobirthing classes are fun, interactive, and full of information you may not have heard anywhere else. Our Hypnobirthing classes are a complete antenatal childbirth class, so you will learn everything you need to know about birth.
How does it work?
This 12-hour antenatal hypnobirthing LIVE Online course can be held in different formats: 4, 3-hour classes, in 6, 2-hour classes or in 5, 2-hours and 15 mins. We are currently offering all of our classes in a live interactive format on Zoom. Classes are held in small groups to support sharing of experiences and open discussion. Private classes are also available, by appointment.
